Delivery
The pricing on the product listings does not include delivery charges. This will be calculated at Check Out and added to your order. Your order will be delivered using a third party courier. Please note that delivery schedules displayed at the point of ordering or on your Order Confirmation are estimates only. They are not a guarantee that your order will arrive by this date. Where applicable you will be supplied with tracking information to track the delivery of your order.
Certain UK postcodes unfortunately invoke a surcharge. This includes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and off-shore postcodes (such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, and Northern Ireland). Any orders delivered outside of the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer and Stonewall Leisure are not in any way responsible for these.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your Order within 1-2 working days. Delivery will be made by courier on a 1-3 day service. If you require a faster service, please Contact Us to arrange this.
Standard delivery is charged at £6.95.
Some items are dispatched direct from our suppliers and as such may have a longer lead time and be subject to availability. Some items due to their size need to have a specialised courier. Charges are as follows:

Please note furniture items are made in house and are subject to a longer lead time of 1-2 weeks for manufacturing plus standard shipping.
Returns & Refunds
If you need to return an item because you no longer require it you may return this to Us, in its original packaging, unused and at your own cost. You must first email us at onlinestore@stonewallleisure.com to inform us you would like to return at item. We will then authorise your return if applicable. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it back to us for replacement or refund. You will not be refunded your original shipping charge. Please include your delivery or return note inside your parcel so that we can identify your order, without this we cannot process the return. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service and obtain a certificate of postage.
We take the utmost care to ensure your order arrives to you in the most pristine condition. However sometimes things go wrong. If there is a problem with your order, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify this for you at onlinestore@stonewallleisure.com.
We advise you to check for any transit damage upon receipt of your order. If you suspect there could be damage from the courier please sign for your item as ‘Product Damage’ and contact us within 24 hours at onlinestore@stonewallleisure.com directly to rectify this for you.
Please note any items from the CLEARANCE section are non returnable. Please ensure they are compatible for your vehicle and note the condition of the items before purchasing.
